SNAY (com.alumil.alumil_mobile) is an internal employee HRMS and ERP mobile application published by Phani1237 for Alumil Pro operations. This policy explains how the app accesses, collects, uses, stores, and shares employee and device data.

This application is intended strictly for authorized employees and approved business users. It is not intended for public or consumer use.

1. Data We Collect

SNAY processes only the data required to provide employee HRMS, ERP, attendance, approval, payroll, helpdesk, and field-work functions:

  • Identity and employment data: Employee ID, name, department, designation, role, login details, and work profile information used for authentication and access control.
  • HR and ERP workflow data: Attendance, leave, approvals, helpdesk requests, payroll-related views, site-duty records, and other internal business workflow records.
  • Location data: Approximate and precise device location may be accessed for the Live Trail feature when enabled for field employees by HR or authorized managers.
  • Device and app data: Basic device, app, and service status information needed for secure login, notifications, diagnostics, and app reliability.

2. Location Data and Live Trail

This app collects location data to enable Live Trail field-employee tracking, attendance movement verification, and official site visit coverage even when the app is closed or not in use.

Live Trail is used only for employees who are assigned field work or site-duty tracking by HR or authorized managers. The app may collect periodic location updates in the background during the configured work window so that official site visits, route movement, and field attendance can be verified.

SNAY shows a prominent in-app disclosure and asks for user consent before enabling Live Trail. Android runtime location permission is requested only after this disclosure. Users can stop location access by changing app permissions in Android settings, and company administrators can disable Live Trail assignment where applicable.

Location data is not used for advertising, public tracking, or sale to third parties.

3. How We Use Data

Collected data is used only for authorized internal business purposes, including:

  • Authenticating users and applying role-based access permissions.
  • Recording attendance, leave, approvals, and HR workflow activity.
  • Supporting field-duty verification through Live Trail location records.
  • Showing employee, manager, HR, payroll, and operational dashboards based on user role.
  • Maintaining app security, reliability, notifications, and audit records.

4. Data Sharing

SNAY data is shared only with authorized internal users based on business role, such as HR administrators, reporting managers, payroll users, and approved company administrators. For example, Live Trail location records may be visible to authorized HR or managers for official attendance and site-duty verification.

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data or location data. Data is not shared with advertisers or advertising networks. Technical service providers may process data only when required to host, secure, maintain, or support the internal application.

5. Security

Data is transmitted using HTTPS and stored on controlled enterprise systems. Access is restricted using authentication, role permissions, and administrative controls. Users should keep their login credentials confidential and report suspected unauthorized access immediately.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

Employee, attendance, payroll, approval, audit, and location records are retained according to company operational, legal, payroll, compliance, and audit requirements. Records are deleted or anonymized when they are no longer required, subject to applicable employment, tax, audit, and legal retention obligations.

Users may request correction, access, or deletion review for their personal data by contacting the support desk listed below. Some records may need to be retained where required for legal, payroll, attendance, audit, or compliance purposes.

7. Children

SNAY is a workplace application for authorized employees and business users. It is not directed to children and is not intended for users under 13 years of age.
